Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robert Brown (ranked 4402 p4p, 4431 weight class) and Big Slice (ranked 508 p4p, 510 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Arvi Lind and Johanna Lukiainen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Slice looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Brown is fending him off so far but Slice persists. Nope, Brown circles away and we're back to standing.
Slice tries to clinch up
and Brown counters with a two punch combo.
Slice lands a slapping body shot.

Brown closes the distance and pushes Slice back into the cage.

Slice manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Slice throwing strikes off his back to little effect.

Slice is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Slice pulls Brown in close to his closed guard and prevents Brown from doing any damage or advancing position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Brown trying to control the position from guard on top but Slice is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Slice looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.

Slice pushes Brown off and gets back to his feet.
Slice just misses with a punch to the body.
Slice shoots in and drives through. Brown sprawls well.
Brown keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Brown throws a big counter combination but Slice scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Robert Brown has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Big Slice.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Slice tries to clinch up but Brown circles away and keeps his distance.
It looked like Brown was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Brown forces Slice back against the cage and clinches.

Slice breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Brown fails in his attempt to clinch.

Slice closes the distance and clinches.
Slice is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Brown gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Slice can't get the takedown.
Brown gets underhooks to prevent Slice's takedown attempt.
Brown is trying to drag Slice to the mat but Slice just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Brown tries to pull guard but Slice forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Slice pulls guard effortlessly.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Slice is pulling down on Brown's head to control his posture.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Big Slice.
I think Slice has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
