Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jari Kuokkanen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Bens Jamins!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Vladimir Khabensky and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kuokkanen misses with a hook.
Jamins throws a series of punches but Kuokkanen avoids them all with ease.
Oooooh!!! Jamins has knocked Kuokkanen down with a huge combo! Jamins steps away and waves a wobbly Kuokkanen back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like Jari Kuokkanen has been cut.
Kuokkanen could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Jamins throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Kuokkanen is aggressively charging in as Jamins backs up avoiding any damage. Jamins tosses out a jab and Kuokkanen runs right into it face first! Kuokkanen is out cold! Jamins dropped down on all fours and is barking in Kuokkanen's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Bens Jamins!
