Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dude McWrestler! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Walad Anubis! The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Bruno Lombardi and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Anubis fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Anubis takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Anubis gets cracked with a nice right hand there by McWrestler. Anubis misses with a hook. McWrestler uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Anubis has time to react. Nice straight punches there by McWrestler. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of McWrestler. McWrestler with a poor takedown and Anubis counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. McWrestler lands a right hook to the body.
McWrestler slips under a jab from Anubis. McWrestler was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. McWrestler looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Anubis! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Anubis struggling a bit here. Anubis taking punishment in the form of punches.

That's one minute gone in the round. McWrestler misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Anubis is trying to control McWrestler's posture but McWrestler avoids it. McWrestler wants to lay and pray for a moment but Anubis keeps working. You can see the frustration on Anubis's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Anubis dodges the ground and pound from McWrestler.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Anubis gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Anubis wants to hold on but McWrestler pushes him away. McWrestler has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Anubis is in a horrible position here. McWrestler smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

McWrestler cracks Anubis with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

McWrestler loads up with a big shot that hurts Anubis! He's pulled McWrestler in close but McWrestler has postured up and lands more strikes. Can Anubis survive? More strikes from McWrestler and Anubis is out! The ref jumps in to save him! Brutal ground and pound!
