Dunbar fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Montgomery looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Dunbar wants to clinch up but Montgomery keeps it at a distance.
Dunbar is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

It looks like Xander Montgomery has been cut.

Dunbar is trying to control the position but Montgomery postures up.

Dunbar looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Montgomery is defending well. Dunbar quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Montgomery has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Dunbar celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
