Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lorenzo Bianchi (ranked 2756 p4p, 2096 weight class) and Mike Bard (ranked 358 p4p, 276 weight class). Bianchi comes to the cage accompanied by Frank Sinatra - Bim Bam Baby. Lorenzo Bianchi had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lorenzo Bianchi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Mike Bard!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body punch from Bianchi.
Bard moves out of range as Bianchi strikes.

Bianchi shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Bard's guard.

Bard is landing with some decent strikes but Bianchi is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Bianchi is rocked!

Bard postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Bianchi in real trouble here! The ref calls for Bianchi to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:23 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mike Bard!
Mike Bard decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
Lorenzo Bianchi spoke after the fight, saying 'i am great fighter on paper but in this world, a soon to be sparbot.'.
