Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Akira Tatsumoto!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, James Spencer!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Chad Campbell and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spencer scores with a sloppy right hand. Tatsumoto should have avoided that one.
Tatsumoto is looking to slow Spencer down with leg kicks.
Tatsumoto looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Spencer lands a nice leg kick that just misses Tatsumoto's sensitive parts.
Spencer throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Tatsumoto walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Tatsumoto misses with a body kick.
Spencer showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Tatsumoto.
Tatsumoto takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Spencer fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Spencer lands with a nice combination. Tatsumoto backs away looking to recover.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Tatsumoto misses with a body kick.
The fight stays on the outside here - Tatsumoto looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Tatsumoto pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Spencer scores with a three punch combo!

A kick lands to the mid section there for Spencer.
Tatsumoto tries to clinch
enabling Spencer to counter with a crisp jab.
Tatsumoto swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Spencer scores with a nice head shot.
Tatsumoto looks to throw a body kick
and Spencer counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Tatsumoto thows a leg kick but Spencer checks it
and Spencer counters with a straight right hand.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Spencer misses with the combination.
Tatsumoto thumps Spencer with a low kick.
Spencer uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Tatsumoto has time to react.
Tatsumoto moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Tatsumoto swings away with a body shot that misses
and Spencer counters with a nice uppercut.
Tatsumoto is rocked!
Spencer cracks Tatsumoto on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Tatsumoto falls backwards against the cage. Spencer follows up with more strikes that drop Tatsumoto to his knees. Spencer keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Tatsumoto! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). James Spencer!
