Coming up we have a bantamweight kickboxing rules bout between Ping Lee (ranked 3110 p4p, 23312 weight class) and Tang Maul (ranked 196 p4p, 359 weight class). Maul has chosen Somewhere I Belong as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Maul.
Maul looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Maul misses with a wild body shot.
Maul is looking to slow Lee down with leg kicks.

Maul falls off balance throwing a combination

Maul has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Maul cracks Lee with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Lee is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Lee is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9,10! He's out! Lee could not beat the count!
