The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Michael Johnstone and Bart Greer.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walton shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bishop as he avoids it easily.
Bishop misses with a jab, cross combination.
Bishop with a hook.

It looks like Tim Walton has been cut.
Bishop fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Walton looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Walton looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Walton dodges the punch combination from Bishop.
Walton appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Sloppy strikes from Walton. Those never looked like landing.
Bishop buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Bishop tries to keep at a distance but Walton has taken the fight into the clinch.

Bishop breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Bishop throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bishop misses with a right hand
and Walton counters with a series of strikes. Bishop will be more careful next time no doubt.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Walton throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bishop's waist but Bishop gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Walton off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tim Walton. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Walton avoids a punch combination nicely.
Bishop moves out of range of the body kick from Walton.
Bishop tries a quick counter leg kick but Walton is wise to it.
A right-left combo lands from Bishop.
Bishop swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A punch combination from Bishop misses.
Walton closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bishop circles away.
Walton goes for a double leg but Bishop avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Bishop continues to drive forward.
As Walton backs off Bishop throws a huge counter combo but Walton manages to avoid it all.
Bishop prevents the takedown attempt.
Bishop tries to circle away but Walton has him pinned against the cage.
Walton tries to pull guard but Bishop won't allow it.
Bishop tries to break free but Walton pushes him back against the cage.
Walton fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Bishop wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Walton keeps control of Bishop as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Bishop is looking to break free of the clinch but Walton has double underhooks.
Bishop wants to get back to striking at distance but Walton won't allow it.

Walton jumps guard and drags Bishop to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Bishop stands up from Walton's guard - Bishop perhaps looking for a knockout.
Bishop throws a right and a left that both miss.
Walton shoots in but no luck this time.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bishop throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Walton.
Bishop misses with a series of wild punches.
Walton drops down looking for a counter takedown but Bishop sprawls and moves away.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Walton is defended easily by Bishop.

Walton shoots for a takedown but Bishop saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Walton tries for a takedown but Bishop sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Bishop looks to land a combination. Walton sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Walton gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Bishop gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
