Mesquita tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Gwyn swivels and escapes.

and Mesquita counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Mesquita is standing up over Gwyn. Gwyn looks to escape but Mesquita dives into side control.

Mesquita tries to move into full mount but can't pass Gwyn's legs.

Mesquita thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Mesquita cracks Gwyn with a big right hand but Gwyn just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
