Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 13 - 1, fighting out of London, Kenichi Misahawa!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Dmitry Maklakov and Aleksandr Martynov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Solo shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Misahawa sprawls well. Misahawa wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Solo gets slowly back to his feet.

Solo shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Horrible takedown attempt by Solo or perhaps it was just good defense by Misahawa, which made it look bad.

Misahawa takes the fight into the clinch.
The referee is keeping an eye on Misahawa - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Solo has Misahawa pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Misahawa manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Solo changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Misahawa fights it off and pushes away nicely.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Misahawa takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

A less than humble Kenichi Misahawa misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
Jaycen Solo spoke after the fight, saying 'Excellent job by my opponent. I look forward to learning from this experience and coming back a better fighter.'.
