And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Temujin Atkiray!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Columbo Gatti and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Atkiray is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
A swing and a miss from Girith.
Atkiray feints the counter takedown.
Girith cracks Atkiray with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Girith with a nice cross.
Atkiray looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Girith!

Atkiray slips a nice elbow through Girith's hands, connecting with Girith's forehead.
Girith is refusing to be controlled, as Atkiray sits in half guard.
Girith looking for submissions off his back.
Atkiray landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Atkiray is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Girith wants to get back to full guard.
Atkiray lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Girith! More strikes land and this one is all over! Atkiray jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!

A relieved looking Temujin Atkiray thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
