Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Puncher Face!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Full Time Panda!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Donatello Bradman and John Mangel.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Panda takes one to the side of the head.
Panda shoots for a double leg takedown but Face sprawls well. He's pushed Panda's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Face swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.

Panda shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Face's guard.

Face manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
Panda working aggressively here.
Face lands a nice uppercut.
Panda lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Face tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Panda manages to break the clinch.
Nice sprawl there from Face as Panda shoots in.
Panda with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Face to score with a decent uppercut.

It looks like Full Time Panda has been cut.
Panda looks for a takedown but Face sprawls well.
Puncher Face has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Full Time Panda.
Nice takedown defense from Face. No joy for Panda on that attempt.

and Panda takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Panda takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Face is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

Full Time Panda seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Face lands a jab to the head.

Panda is rocked!
Face connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Panda covering up! Face comes in with a big uppercut and Panda goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Puncher Face!
After winning the bout, Puncher Face thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
