Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rosa ducks under a wild hook from Patterson.
Rosa's jab looks to have found its range, popping Patterson under the eye.
Patterson throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Rosa sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Patterson takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Jerricho Patterson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rosa misses with a kick to the body
and Patterson counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Patterson throws an overhand right that lands on Rosa's shoulder, as Rosa tries to avoid the shot.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Patterson checks a leg kick.
Patterson has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Rosa lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Patterson at a distance.

Patterson throws a big shot that misses.
Rosa tries to land a front kick but Patterson steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Rosa tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Patterson was well out of range. Poor timing from Rosa.

Patterson bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Patterson looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Rosa uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Patterson.
Sloppy strikes from Patterson. Those never looked like landing.

Rosa tests Patterson's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Rosa cracks Patterson on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Patterson falls backwards against the cage. Rosa follows up with more strikes that drop Patterson to his knees. Rosa keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Patterson! This one is all over!
