Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Kirk McGirt (ranked 3817 p4p, 5735 weight class) and Lego Las (ranked 505 p4p, 647 weight class). Lego Las told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGirt instigates a clinch.
Las is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but McGirt is keeping busy.

McGirt pushes Las back against the ropes and lands a hook to the side of the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

McGirt breaks the clinch momentarily and cracks Las with a big right hook that drops him to the canvas! Las looks like he might be in big trouble here! The referee has started the count straight away and we're up to 5 already. Las get to one knee - can he make it back to his feet? No, he's flopped back to the mat - he's out - this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Kirk McGirt!
