Collins kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is J Roc - It Could Happen To You.. Phill Collins has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Euan Daxton!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Franklyn Lucas and David Schapiro.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Collins looks to throw the jab but Daxton is out of range.
Collins lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Collins throws a right and a left that Daxton avoids nicely.
Collins tries to clinch there but Daxton circles away.
Daxton misses with an uppercut. Collins saw that one coming.
A counter left hand to the body from Collins misses its target.
Daxton takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Collins throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Collins scores with a body shot.
Collins swings for the body but Daxton moves out of range.
Daxton looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Nice defenses there by Daxton.
Daxton clobbers Collins with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
The fighters circle momentarily. Daxton darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

It looks like Phill Collins has been cut.
Collins is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Daxton.
Collins is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Daxton moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Euan Daxton!
Euan Daxton is the new light heavyweight champion!
As Euan Daxton got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: Scotland has arrived.... and we are here to clean out the entire 205 game!!! Who's next???'.
Phill Collins spoke after the fight, saying 'i need a burger'.
