The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Shigeki Fujiwara and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
La De Hoya throws a shot to the body.
Evans clinches with his opponent.
A frustrated look appears on Evans's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Evans takes an elbow to the temple.
It looks like Cendrik Evans has been cut.
Evans is looking to break free of the clinch but La De Hoya has double underhooks.

La De Hoya throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
La De Hoya comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
La De Hoya pushes Evans back against the ropes and unloads with a body punch.
La De Hoya scores a nice knee to the body.
Evans looks winded!
La De Hoya lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Evans backwards.
Evans is rocked!
La De Hoya cracks Evans on the bridge of the nose with a nasty looking elbow! Evans crumples to the floor in pain, holding his face! It doesn't look like he's going to beat the count - he's out of it! This one is all over!

A relieved looking Marious La De Hoya thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
In defeat, Cendrik Evans stepped up to the mic, saying 'Congrats to the champ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'.
