The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tantor misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Greenwald looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Greenwald swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Greenwald throws a right and a left that Tantor avoids nicely.

Tantor takes the fight into the clinch.
Tantor scores with a shot to the side of Greenwald's head.

Tantor shoots in looking for a takedown but Greenwald manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Tantor's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Tantor has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Glenn Greenwald has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Maki Tantor.
Greenwald displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Tantor.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
