Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Takeshi Hisoka (ranked 4729 p4p, 4631 weight class) and Alvin Leung (ranked 0 p4p, 247 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Takeshi Hisoka! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Alvin Leung! The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Taro Takaoka and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Left hook, right uppercut from Hisoka. Hisoka cracks Leung with a good jab. Leung moves out of range of the body kick. Leung steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Hisoka. Hisoka misses with a body shot.
Leung feints the counter takedown. Hisoka throws a body kick despite being completely out of range and Leung counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Leung stops Hisoka from getting back to his feet.
Leung with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Hisoka tries to kick Leung off but Leung keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Leung keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Hisoka wants to control but Leung is keeping busy and won't allow it. Leung is pressing down on Hisoka's thigh, looking to free his foot. Hisoka is holding on for now. Leung seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hisoka looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Leung gets a takedown into half guard. Hisoka manages to escape and get back to his feet! Hisoka throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Leung shoots for a double leg takedown but Hisoka sprawls well. He's pushed Leung's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Horrible takedown attempt by Leung or perhaps it was just good defense by Hisoka, which made it look bad.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hisoka swinging wildly here.
Leung feints the counter takedown. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Leung scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Hisoka trying to control from the bottom.
Hisoka is looking to escape. Leung passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Hisoka! Leung lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Leung tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Leung is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Hisoka can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Leung controlling the position easily from mount. Leung's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Leung cracks Hisoka with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Alvin Leung dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Hisoka misses with a low kick. Leung avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Hisoka tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Hisoka tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Leung manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Leung fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Leung shoots in looking for a takedown. Hisoka tries to sprawl out of it but Leung keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hisoka manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Leung tries to clinch but Hisoka is having none of it. Leung changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hisoka tries to avoid it but Leung manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hisoka to the ground. Hisoka escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Takeshi Hisoka has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alvin Leung. Leung changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hisoka tries to avoid it but Leung manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hisoka to the ground. Hisoka escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Leung is trying to drag Hisoka to the mat but Hisoka just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Leung can't find room to land a body shot as Hisoka controls the action.
Hisoka pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. A bone on bone clash there as Leung blocks the leg kick.
Hisoka is trying hard to land a takedown here. Leung sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Hisoka fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Leung has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Hisoka drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Alvin Leung has got the better of the ground game so far. Leung pulls Hisoka in to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Leung is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Hisoka wants to control from the top but Leung keeps moving. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Leung wants to sweep here but Hisoka controlling him for the moment. Hisoka trying to control but Leung is working from the bottom. Hisoka preventing the sweep.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. A lazy body kick from Hisoka and Leung counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Hisoka wants to control but Leung passes easily into half guard.
Still in half guard, Leung seems content to control. Leung looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Leung performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Leung wants to free his trapped foot but Hisoka is holding on for dear life with his legs. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Leung trying to advance position but Hisoka counters by regaining guard. Leung loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Hisoka keeping moving, preventing Leung from controlling successfully. Hisoka can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Leung controls the pace. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Takeshi Hisoka will probably get the nod. That's time! Hisoka's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round! Leung shoots in for a double leg but Hisoka sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Takeshi Hisoka is winning the standup battle so far. Hisoka throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Hisoka tries to close the distance and clinch but Leung swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Hisoka wants to clinch up but Leung keeps it at a distance. Leung shoots in looking for a takedown but Hisoka manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Leung's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Hisoka throws a leg kick and Leung counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Hisoka uses the cage to get back to his feet.

Leung goes for a double leg but Hisoka avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Hisoka continues to drive forward. Takeshi Hisoka has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alvin Leung. Leung loads up on a big right hand but Hisoka slips the punch. Leung takes a head kick and keeps coming.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hisoka looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Hisoka throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Leung counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Hisoka! Hisoka throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done! Both fighters are breathing heavily. Leung closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Hisoka did well to prevent Leung getting side control. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Leung seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Leung is continuing to stall.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Leung throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Hisoka to regain full guard. Leung's corner is telling him to maintain position. Leung forces his way into half guard. Leung lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Ground and pound from Leung.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Leung takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Leung wants to pass to mount but Hisoka is defending the position. Leung slows the pace down in half guard.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Leung shoots in looking for a takedown. Hisoka tries to sprawl out of it but Leung keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hisoka manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Hisoka tries to clinch up. Leung drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Hisoka defends it well. Leung tries to clinch there but Hisoka circles away.
Leung dives in for a single leg takedown but Hisoka sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Leung shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hisoka pinned against the cage. Hisoka gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
And that's the end of the fight! Takeshi Hisoka showed his dominance in that final round. I think Hisoka has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
