Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nate Diaz (ranked 3348 p4p, 3524 weight class) and Chanthaphone Southanouvong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Diaz might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Rain. Southanouvong is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Y-U- Smilin. Chanthaphone Southanouvong is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Southanouvong paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Diaz shoots in for a double leg but Southanouvong sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Southanouvong throws a monster overhand right that drops Diaz! Southanouvong follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chanthaphone Southanouvong!
