Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Uhm Eyegues (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Carter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Uhm Eyegues has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Uhm Eyegues! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Matt Carter! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, George Francis and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Eyegues closes this distance looking for a takedown but Carter circles away. Eyegues fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Eyegues throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Eyegues looks for a takedown but Carter sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Uhm Eyegues. That's going to take a lot out of him. Eyegues misses with a few strikes there.
Carter misses with a takedown attempt - Eyegues sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Eyegues with a poor takedown and Carter decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Eyegues's guard. Carter trying to control the position from guard on top but Eyegues is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Carter trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Carter prevents Eyegues from getting back to his feet. Carter is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Carter with a nice head shot there. Carter working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Eyegues's head. Carter stands up over Eyegues, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Eyegues keeping full guard, as Carter tries to pass. Carter scoring with punches to the head and body. Carter passes Eyegues's left leg - he's now in half guard. Carter looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Carter working Eyegues over with strikes. Carter not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Carter is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Eyegues! Carter has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Carter looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Carter landing strikes from the mount and Eyegues is in trouble!
It looks like Uhm Eyegues has been cut. Eyegues knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Carter on the ground. Carter putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Carter landing strikes from the mount and Eyegues is in trouble! Carter lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Eyegues is rocked!
Uhm Eyegues's cut is getting worse. Carter postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Eyegues in real trouble here! The ref calls for Eyegues to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
