Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stan Hart (ranked 4795 p4p, 4047 weight class) and Hikaru Naoi (ranked 552 p4p, 499 weight class). Stan Hart has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Colin Fotheringham and James Atkins.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hart defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Naoi.
Naoi stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Hart.

Naoi manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Hart on his heels. He'll look to pass Hart's guard now, I'm sure.
Naoi works over Hart with some ground and pound from guard.
Hart is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Naoi distracts Hart with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Naoi should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Naoi content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Naoi wants to pass the guard but Hart is keeping the position.
Naoi stands up over Hart, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Naoi has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Hart wants to stand and escape but Naoi is having none of it.
Naoi connects with a couple of short punches.

Hart manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

Hart is pressed up against the cage. Naoi has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Hart down to the mat. Hart avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Hart misses with a two punch combination.
Naoi shoots in for a takedown but Hart shows good takedown defense.
Stan Hart has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hikaru Naoi.
Hart lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Naoi backs up against the cage.

Hart knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Naoi on the ground.

Hart is looking to stand up but Naoi isn't so interested in that idea.

Hart wants to get back to his feet but Naoi is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Naoi is working Hart over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Naoi is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Hart pushes Naoi off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Hart scores with a hook to the body. Naoi takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Naoi fails with the takedown.
Naoi closes this distance looking for a takedown but Hart circles away.
Hart goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Hart lands a lovely overhand right.

Naoi is rocked!
Naoi is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Hart just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Naoi has gone limp and this one is over!
