The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Colin Fotheringham and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stephenson shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Bravo's guard.
Bravo keeping moving, preventing Stephenson from controlling successfully.
Stephenson is fighting to break Bravo's control of his arms but Bravo is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Bravo looking to hit a scissor sweep but Stephenson is one step ahead there.
Bravo is working hard here to advance position.
Bravo is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Stephenson is aware though and is defending well.
Bravo seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.
Stephenson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bravo swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bravo had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Stephenson defends it easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bravo manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Stephenson manages to get himself to full guard.

Bravo makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Bravo forces his way into half guard.
Bravo in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Stephenson tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Bravo!
