The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDonald misses with a body shot.

It looks like Nicholas McDonald has been cut.
McDonald jabs Black to the body, keeping him at a distance.

and Black counters with a nice uppercut.
McDonald is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Black.
Black uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from McDonald.
McDonald shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Black swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
McDonald lands a nice hook to Black's body. Black takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Black comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
