Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Vvv Vvv (ranked 6290 p4p, 24238 weight class) and Pagadianon Inday (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 26 - 3, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vvv Vvv!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 19 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pagadianon Inday!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Daniel Franklin and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Vvv shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Inday but Inday pushes him off and we're back to square one.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Vvv is defended easily by Inday.
And Inday responds with a good body kick, but Vvv manages to step out the way in time.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Vvv fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vvv Vvv. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Vvv fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Vvv looks for the body kick but Inday saw that one coming.
Inday replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Vvv blocks it well.
Inday throws the kick towards the body but Vvv avoids it.
Vvv tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Inday defends well and Vvv ends up having to push Inday into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Vvv is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Inday gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Inday gets a trip takedown into half guard.

Vvv is concentrating on defense, preventing Inday from advancing position.
Vvv has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Inday is working away from the top position though.
Vvv is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Inday is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Inday in particular looking to stall.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Inday shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Vvv pinned against the cage. Vvv gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Vvv gets caught flat footed, as Inday shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Inday slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Pagadianon Inday dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Inday looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Inday closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Vvv quickly recovers to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Vvv keeping hold of Inday's head, controlling as best he can.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Inday is thwarting Vvv's attempts to control the position.
Vvv is looking for a sweep. Inday is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Inday seems to be looking for submissions.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Vvv is looking to control Inday's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Vvv avoid being mounted?

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Nice sprawl there from Vvv as Inday shoots in.
Vvv closes the distance and clinches up with Inday, looking for a takedown. Vvv pushes Inday against the cage but Inday circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Inday thinks about the counter body kick.
Vvv shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Inday defends it nicely.

Inday is looking to land body kicks.
Inday stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Inday wants it to stay on the feet.
Inday feints the counter takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vvv Vvv. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Inday drives through with a takedown into guard.
Inday is in close to Vvv's body, working some short punches and elbows.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Vvv is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Inday is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Vvv looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Vvv shoots in for a double leg but Inday sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Pagadianon Inday showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

You can see the frustration on Inday's face as Vvv controls the position.
Inday tries to get back to half guard but can't.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters, thinking about a standup.

Inday is trying to control Vvv's posture but Vvv avoids it.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Inday shoots in for a takedown but Vvv shows good takedown defense.
It appears Vvv was looking to counter with a kick there.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Inday.
A lull in the action here as Inday stalls from top position.
Vvv Vvv has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Pagadianon Inday is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Inday has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Vvv wants to control but Inday postures up.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Vvv Vvv.
Well Inday has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
