Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Okoro Igwe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Larry Underwood!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Dean Styles and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Igwe thows a left - swing and a miss!
Underwood ducks under a wild hook from Igwe.
Underwood lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Underwood displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Igwe throws out the jab.
Okoro Igwe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A quick step to the side and Igwe tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

Underwood has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Igwe punishes Underwood's body with a nice straight punch.

Underwood ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Underwood ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Igwe moves away.
Igwe lands a nice hook to Underwood's body. Underwood takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Underwood lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Igwe circles away quickly and effectively.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Underwood seems to have recovered his senses.

Igwe wants to take Underwood's back here but Underwood is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.
Igwe working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Igwe working for a submission but Underwood is keeping him at bay.
Igwe goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Underwood is on top in guard.
Underwood trying to control the position from guard on top but Igwe is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Igwe has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Underwood should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Igwe has tightened it up now! Underwood should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
