Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Toehold (ranked 4791 p4p, 24820 weight class) and Ben Hunter (ranked 396 p4p, 451 weight class). Hunter has chosen Saturday Night Alright’s For Fighting as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ben Hunter!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Jonathan Paton and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunter looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Toehold is looking for a triangle but Hunter pushes his legs off easily.
Hunter got a little sloppy there for a moment and Toehold has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Hunter has managed to get both his arms back between Toehold's legs - danger averted.
Toehold looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Hunter passes into half guard.
Toehold is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Hunter pulls his head out easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hunter is stalling here. Toehold is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Hunter seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Toehold has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Toehold is staying tight to Hunter's torso, preventing him from escaping.
Toehold's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Hunter fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Toehold to the ground. Hunter is now in Toehold's guard.

Hunter is pushing down on Toehold's leg trying to pass to half guard. Toehold is fighting to maintain full guard but Hunter has managed to sneak the leg through.

That was a close second round but I would say that Tommy Toehold will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Hunter stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Toehold has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Hunter manages to get his head free but now Toehold has transitioned to an armbar! Hunter grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Toehold! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
