Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Julian McGavin (ranked 3247 p4p, 24140 weight class) and Sss Sss (ranked 171 p4p, 0 weight class). McGavin comes to the cage accompanied by Jersey Shore intro song. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Julian McGavin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 8 - 34 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sss Sss! The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Dean Styles and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McGavin changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sss tries to avoid it but McGavin manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sss to the ground. Sss escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Sss is trying to counter with his kicks. Sss gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. McGavin's corner is telling him to maintain position. McGavin forces his way into half guard. McGavin is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Sss has managed to free his arm - good work. McGavin seems to be working for a kimura but Sss defends the submission attempt. Sss Sss has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! McGavin tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no McGavin has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Julian McGavin is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! McGavin has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
And that's the end of the fight! Julian McGavin showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for McGavin, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Julian McGavin decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
