Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dan Hermanki (ranked 4453 p4p, 4387 weight class) and Luis Rose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Dan Hermanki!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Luis Rose!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Matti Vanhoillinen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hermanki shoots in for a takedown but Rose shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Rose tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hermanki swivels and escapes.
Hermanki avoids a punch combination nicely.
Rose tries to clinch but Hermanki is having none of it.
Hermanki plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Hermanki throws a leg kick which misses Rose's front leg but catches the back leg as Rose tries to avoid it.

Rose shoots for a double leg takedown but Hermanki sprawls well. He's pushed Rose's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Rose sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Hermanki's guard.
Rose tries to stand and escape but Hermanki actually recovers to full guard.

Rose stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hermanki swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Hermanki seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Rose lands a couple of decent looking shots.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Hermanki has control of Rose's left arm, preventing Rose from doing any damage.
Rose is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Hermanki isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Rose stacks Hermanki on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Rose!
Rose wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hermanki keeps working.
