Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Just Fight Scappy Do (ranked 22897 p4p, 5402 weight class) and Derk Voorheis (ranked 621 p4p, 555 weight class). Just Fight Scappy Do is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Just Fight Scappy Do! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Derk Voorheis! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Atkins and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Voorheis gets tackled into the cage by Scappy Do. Scappy Do maintains the clinch. Voorheis manages to break the clinch.
Voorheis shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Scappy Do as he avoids it easily. Voorheis is trying hard to land a takedown here. Scappy Do sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Voorheis darts in looking for a takedown but Scappy Do gets double underhooks and turns Voorheis into the cage. Scappy Do is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Voorheis. Just Fight Scappy Do has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Derk Voorheis. Scappy Do tries to clinch but Voorheis moves out of range. Voorheis moves out of range of the body kick from Scappy Do.

Voorheis has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Scappy Do throws a head kick but Voorheis moves out of range.
Voorheis feints the counter takedown. Scappy Do closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Voorheis drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Scappy Do gets the underhooks and prevents it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Voorheis on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Scappy Do decides to pull guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Voorheis is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Scappy Do working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Voorheis. Scappy Do is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Voorheis defends well. Voorheis lands a couple of digs. Voorheis working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Scappy Do's head. Voorheis throws a big right hand that misses. Scappy Do is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Voorheis tries to free his leg and advance position but Scappy Do is retaining full guard. Voorheis landing some decent shots from guard. Voorheis has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Voorheis trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Scappy Do is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Voorheis is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Voorheis slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Scappy Do taking punishment in the form of punches.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Scappy Do takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Scappy Do tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Scappy Do is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Voorheis is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Scappy Do is looking to improve his position but Voorheis isn't that keen on the idea. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Scappy Do in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Scappy Do is in all sorts of trouble here.
Voorheis is landing with some decent strikes but Scappy Do is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
It looks like Just Fight Scappy Do has been cut. Voorheis sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Voorheis looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Voorheis has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Scappy Do's face.
Voorheis lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Scappy Do hang on? Voorheis scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Voorheis lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Scappy Do is in a horrible position here. Voorheis smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Scappy Do is rocked! Voorheis punishing his opponent with strikes. Oh Scappy Do is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Voorheis unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Scappy Do wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Voorheis celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
