Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Razmik Grigorian!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 34 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Captain Gonza!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Chris Downing and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonza jabs at Grigorian's body.
Gonza scores with a shot to the body.
Gonza lands a nice hook to Grigorian's body. Grigorian takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Gonza paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Gonza lands the left hand.
Grigorian swings for the body but Gonza moves out of range.
Gonza misses with a straight right.
Gonza getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Grigorian takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Grigorian takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Gonza throws a shot from downtown. Grigorian moves away and avoids it.
This has been an exciting period of action!

and Grigorian counters with a nice uppercut.
Gonza throws a body punch but Grigorian moves out of range.
A little feinted left hand from Grigorian on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Grigorian takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Gonza swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Grigorian cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
The fighters circling - Gonza throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Grigorian was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Gonza misses with a lunging right hand
and Grigorian counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Grigorian throws a body shot but no joy.
A little jabbing left from Gonza on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Gonza throws the left hand but Grigorian avoids the punch easily.
Gonza tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Grigorian was well out of range. Poor timing from Gonza.
Grigorian is looking to counter punch.
Gonza takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Grigorian on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Grigorian rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Gonza moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Grigorian displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Gonza throws out the jab.
Gonza throws a hook to the side of Grigorian's head but Grigorian sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Grigorian looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Gonza throws a head kick that misses
and Grigorian counters with a nice body shot.
Captain Gonza seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A jab lands there for Gonza.
Gonza throws a body punch but Grigorian moves out of range.
Gonza scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Grigorian doesn't seem bothered though.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Gonza ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Grigorian moves away.
Grigorian takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Grigorian throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Gonza loses concentration momentarily and Grigorian pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Gonza crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Grigorian finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.

A relieved looking Razmik Grigorian thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
