The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dronov throws a right hand that misses
and Ubereem counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Ubereem looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Ubereem connects with a right hand. Dronov shakes it off.
Ubereem throws a hook but Dronov avoids it easily.
Ubereem lands a big right hand that sends Dronov crashing to the mat! Ubereem stays standing though and waves Dronov back to his feet!
Dronov is rocked!
It looks like Artyom Dronov has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Dronov misses the body punch
and Ubereem counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Dronov out cold! What a finish! Ubereem is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Alistair Ubereem!
Alistair Ubereem bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
