Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Zahir Harden (ranked 2123 p4p, 3135 weight class) and Angus Scott (ranked 271 p4p, 364 weight class). Scott has chosen Eatin pussy and kickin ass as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Scott takes the fight into the clinch.
Scott gets through Harden's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Scott is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Harden wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Scott has him pressed against the cage.
A short uppercut from Scott.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Scott has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
A right hook to the body lands for Scott.
Harden drops down looking for an ankle pick but Scott pulls his leg out and moves away.

Scott moves into the clinch successfully.
Harden tries to score a body lock takedown but Scott shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Zahir Harden. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Scott stalling against the cage.
Harden's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Scott creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Harden changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Scott fights it off and pushes away nicely.
