Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Forrest Dux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimbo Tice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Dux might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Knocking At Your Back Door. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Forrest Dux!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dux chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Tice can pounce on him.
Tice closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Dux has hold of Tice's hands but Tice slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Tice is taking a breather. Dux says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Dux is trying to maintain the position but Tice is very close to passing his half guard.
Tice not doing much here.
Dux trying to hold on to Tice's head to control him but Tice postures up.
Tice throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Dux misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Tice is controlling the pace.
Tice decides to stand up.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Dux shoots and misses
and Tice counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Tice lands a couple of elbows.
Dux is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Dux being controlled here, momentarily.
Dux has a closed guard, preventing Tice from standing up.
Tice throwing strikes but missing.
Tice wanted to stand there but Dux had control of the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Dux escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Tice gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Dux is breathing heavily.
Tice is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Dux has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Tice is looking to defend but Dux has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Tice! Dux pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Tice taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Forrest Dux!
