The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Zielinski closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Callaghan Iv throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!

Zielinski closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Callaghan Iv's guard.

Zielinski is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Callaghan Iv is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Zielinski is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Zielinski thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Zielinski is working Callaghan Iv over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Callaghan Iv really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Zielinski. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Zielinski slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Zielinski is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Callaghan Iv knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Zielinski isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Callaghan Iv stacks Zielinski on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Callaghan Iv!

Zielinski has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Zielinski manages to work his way to half guard, despite Callaghan Iv's best efforts.
Zielinski is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Callaghan Iv's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Callaghan Iv's back!
