Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between KoolAID Jackson (ranked 2186 p4p, 2568 weight class) and Lloyd Blue (ranked 275 p4p, 321 weight class). Blue is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by HonestKey- When I Wake Up. Lloyd Blue will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, KoolAID Jackson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Lloyd Blue! The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Ian Loll and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Horrible takedown attempt by Jackson or perhaps it was just good defense by Blue, which made it look bad. Jackson scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Jackson tries to advance to mount but can't. Jackson is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Blue knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Jackson thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jackson tries to move to mount but Blue blocks the move with his legs. Blue is looking to reverse the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Blue felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Jackson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Jackson sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Blue is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Jackson tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Jackson has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Jackson thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Jackson is looking to take a break and control but Blue is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Jackson is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Blue has escaped the position, nice work there. Blue is looking to regain half guard here but Jackson keeps moving and retains side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Blue is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Blue is not content to let Jackson control the position. Jackson has hold of Blue's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Blue tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Jackson cranks the arm and Blue screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Blue, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). KoolAID Jackson! KoolAID Jackson was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed. In defeat, Lloyd Blue stepped up to the mic, saying 'Maaaan.... NOW I want some Kool Aid!'.
