The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cartwright throws a low kick but Inhanamoto moves out of range easily.
Cartwright misses with a head kick.
Inhanamoto appears to be looking for a big counter.
Cartwright misses with a leg kick
and Inhanamoto counters with a one-two to the body.
A jab from Inhanamoto does it's job there.
Cartwright gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Cartwright darts in looking for a takedown but Inhanamoto gets double underhooks and turns Cartwright into the cage.
Inhanamoto looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Cartwright walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Cartwright fails to land the takedown.
Cartwright misses with a takedown

and Inhanamoto counters with a crisp right hand that drops Cartwright! Inhanamoto lets Cartwright back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Ryu Inhanamoto has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cooper Cartwright.

Inhanamoto steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Cartwright.
Cartwright tries for a takedown but Inhanamoto circles away easily
letting Inhanamoto counter with a right hand.
Cartwright ducks into an uppercut from Inhanamoto and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
