Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Crash Klanoa (ranked 3473 p4p, 1341 weight class) and Jason Voorhees (ranked 467 p4p, 151 weight class). Jason Voorhees is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Crash Klanoa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jason Voorhees!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Jeff Smith and Josh West.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Klanoa takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

It looks like Crash Klanoa has been cut.
Klanoa goes for a double leg but Voorhees avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Voorhees continues to drive forward.
Voorhees is trying to break free.
Voorhees wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Klanoa has him pressed against the cage.
Klanoa keeps control of Voorhees as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Voorhees wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Klanoa breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Klanoa throws a head kick that Voorhees semi-blocks.
Klanoa shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Voorhees as he jumps to the side.
Klanoa keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Voorhees.
Klanoa shoots for a double leg takedown but Voorhees sprawls well. He's pushed Klanoa's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Crash Klanoa. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Klanoa fails with an attempt to clinch.
Voorhees looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Voorhees jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Voorhees swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Voorhees looks to land a left hand but Klanoa moved out of range nicely.
Voorhees displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Klanoa.

Voorhees cracks Klanoa with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Voorhees has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Klanoa to stand back up!

Klanoa is rocked!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Voorhees lands a big uppercut and this one is all over! His foe lies motionless on the canvas - a massive one punch knockout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jason Voorhees!
