Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Monty Burns!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Didi Perusinac!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Chris Saunders and Ryoma Takatsuka.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perusinac is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

and Burns counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Burns is looking to take a break and control but Perusinac is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Burns throws a strike but Perusinac avoids it easily and moves to full guard.

Perusinac is trying to hold Burns in close to prevent damage but Burns has managed to pass into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Burns connects with a nice short shot to Perusinac's temple.

Burns has got one arm under Perusinac's chin. This could be trouble... Perusinac trying to control the other hand but Burns gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Perusinac has tapped out! The fight is over!
