Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Bobby Barnell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Stefano Bambino!
The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Colin Fray and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bambino shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Barnell manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Bambino seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Bambino is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Barnell is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Barnell has escaped and now he's on top!
Bambino is looking for a triangle but Barnell pushes his legs off easily.

Barnell shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bambino but Bambino pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Bambino unleashes a big counter combination but Barnell bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

Bambino swings for the body but Barnell moves out of range.
Barnell darts in looking for a takedown but Bambino gets double underhooks and turns Barnell into the cage.

Barnell tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Bambino just stands there and leans against the cage.
Bambino's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Stefano Bambino showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Barnell's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Barnell sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Bambino's guard.
Barnell really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Barnell enables Bambino to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Barnell manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
