Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Obi Ojo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sean Harrison!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Hirohito Nitta and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ojo misses with a left hand
enabling Harrison to counter with a crisp jab.
Harrison displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Ojo throws out the jab.
Harrison flicks out a counter leg kick but Ojo steps away.
Ojo misses with a hook. Harrison ducked under it nicely.
Ojo throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Harrison has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Ojo is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Harrison drops Ojo with a beautiful combination! Ojo stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Harrison is looking for the KO!
It looks like Obi Ojo has been cut.
Ojo throws a right hand that misses
and Harrison counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Ojo off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - Harrison follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Ojo was out before he hit the floor.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Sean Harrison!
