Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sparky Anderson (ranked 300 p4p, 657 weight class) and Seamus O Brien (ranked 37 p4p, 90 weight class). Anderson's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Pick up man. O Brien comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Pantera - The Great Southern Trendkill kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sparky Anderson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Seamus O Brien!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Yves DeLean and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Brien fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Anderson has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Anderson rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and O Brien counters with a nice right hand that sends Anderson toppling to the canvas! Anderson scrambles and gets back to his feet - can O Brien finish him?!
Anderson is rocked!
O Brien misses with an uppercut. Anderson saw that one coming.
Oh Anderson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Anderson is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from O Brien! But no joy.
Anderson seems to have got his legs back now.
Anderson thumps O Brien with a low kick.
Anderson keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Anderson wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Anderson swings and misses with a shot to the body
and O Brien counters with a crisp right hand that drops Anderson! O Brien lets Anderson back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Anderson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but O Brien moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Anderson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by O Brien.
Sparky Anderson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Anderson fails with a takedown attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The crowd cheers as Anderson lands an impressive looking overhand right. O Brien doesn't seem phased though.
Anderson throws a lazy body kick
and O Brien connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
O Brien slips a jab and a cross from Anderson.
O Brien throws a lazy uppercut
and Anderson counters with a three punch combo that has O Brien backing up. O Brien nods at Anderson to acknowledge the strikes.
Anderson switches off momentarily and O Brien cracks him with a monster right hand! Anderson topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as O Brien dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by O Brien!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Seamus O Brien!
A less than humble Seamus O Brien misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
