Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ken Slice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Steiner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ken Slice!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mark Steiner!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Anthony Taglia and Lou da Vinci.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slice throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Steiner tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Slice had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Steiner is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Slice Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Steiner's back instead.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ken Slice.
