Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Barty Karate (ranked 6257 p4p, 3748 weight class) and Yu Sei Songwong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Barty Karate!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yu Sei Songwong!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Donald Grub and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Songwong throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Karate tries to clinch but Songwong is having none of it.
Karate lunges at Songwong with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Songwong's hand.
Songwong throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Songwong motions for Karate to come forward. Songwong throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Karate turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Songwong avoids the head kick by Karate.
Songwong throws a front kick aimed at Karate's knee but Karate avoids it well.
Karate tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Songwong thinks about the counter body kick.
Songwong looks for a takedown but Karate sprawls well.
Karate lands a head kick. Songwong smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Songwong looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Songwong looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Songwong closes the distance and pushes Karate back into the cage.
Karate breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Karate changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Songwong looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Songwong tries to improve position but can't.
Songwong is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Songwong is pressing down on Karate's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Songwong is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Karate frees his head nicely. Oh but Songwong has switched to an armbar! Karate is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Armbar). Yu Sei Songwong!
A very excited looking Yu Sei Songwong made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
