The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Arif gets a double leg takedown into Voribiev's guard.

Arif stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Voribiev swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Voribiev has a closed guard, preventing Arif from standing up.
Arif throws a strike but Voribiev rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Voribiev gets to his feet and stands over Arif, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Arif felt that one! Voribiev unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Arif from any more punishment!
