Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Sausagestrong (ranked 2688 p4p, 2420 weight class) and Miguel Gonzalez (ranked 433 p4p, 393 weight class). Gonzalez comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Alice In Chains - Bleed The Freak kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sausagestrong looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Gonzalez is fending him off so far but Sausagestrong persists. Nope, Gonzalez circles away and we're back to standing.

Gonzalez drops Sausagestrong with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Sausagestrong looks back up at him and smiles so Gonzalez waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Gonzalez has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
Gonzalez is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Sausagestrong had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.

During a confident post fight interview, Miguel Gonzalez thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
Tommy Sausagestrong was interviewed post fight and said 'Unfortunately I lost, I am going to come back stronger than ever, I will be champ one day.'.
