Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Convicted Kelly (ranked 2113 p4p, 2697 weight class) and Byron Neal (ranked 280 p4p, 350 weight class). Kelly kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Bump and grind. Byron Neal acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 6 - 4 - 1, fighting out of New York, Convicted Kelly! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Byron Neal! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Dillan Fox and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Neal scores with a jab. Neal misses with a low kick. Neal closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. A short left from Neal. Kelly tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Neal avoids it. Neal looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. A nice glancing elbow lands by Kelly.
It looks like Byron Neal has been cut. Kelly misses with an elbow over the top. Kelly takes a shot to the head. Kelly blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Neal using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Kelly has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Kelly blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Neal blocks the elbow strike.
Neal misses with a punch to the body.
Kelly misses with an elbow over the top. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kelly with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Neal breaks from the clinch.
The fight stays on the outside here - Kelly looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Neal fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kelly takes a body punch but keeps moving. Neal lands a front kick. Kelly moves in looking to clinch but Neal pushes him off. Kelly has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Kelly there as he acknowledges the shot. Kelly moves forwards but Neal connects with a nice, crisp jab. Kelly doesn't manage to clinch there - Neal circles away.
Kelly tries to clinch up and Neal counters with a stiff right hand. Kelly tries to clinch but Neal is having none of it. Kelly tries to clinch up and Kelly takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Neal keeps Kelly at a distance using the push kick. Neal works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Kelly fails with an attempt to clinch.
Kelly wants to clinch. Neal scores with a nice head shot. Neal scores with a nice strike. Neal closes the distance and clinches. The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. Kelly throws a knee to the head but misses.
Neal avoids a wild elbow strike from Kelly. Kelly breaks from the clinch.
Neal fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Kelly has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Neal avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kelly tries to close the distance and clinch up but Neal swats him away and circles back towards the center. Kelly tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Neal swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Neal has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A lazy left from Neal finds it's target. Kelly is looking to clinch but Neal is avoiding it.
Neal lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Kelly at a distance.
Kelly wants to clinch up but Neal keeps it at a distance. Neal let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. Kelly wants to clinch but Neal slips to the side letting Neal counter with a right hand. Neal is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Kelly had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush. Kelly avoids the body shot from Neal.
Good shot there by Neal.
Kelly is rocked! Kelly is looking to clinch but Neal is avoiding it.
Kelly fails in his attempt to clinch. Kelly tries to clinch up but Neal circles away and keeps his distance. Neal fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Kelly is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Kelly tries to close the distance and clinch up but Neal swats him away and circles back towards the center. Kelly fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Neal, pushing him back against the cage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neal is looking to control Kelly's arms but Kelly gets an underhook and turns him. Now Neal has his back to the cage. Kelly takes a shot to the head. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Neal scores with a nice hook to the head. Neal tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Kelly avoids it. A nice left hand lands by Neal.

Neal has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. With the fighters up against the cage, Kelly throws an elbow but misses. With the two fighters working up against the cage, Kelly just misses with a elbow thrown towards Neal's brow. Neal missing with knees to the body.
Neal tries to work over Kelly's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Kelly swings wildly with an uppercut but Neal uses good head movement to avoid it. Neal avoids a wild elbow strike from Kelly. Neal lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Kelly backwards. Kelly throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Kelly tries to land a knee to the head but Neal blocks with his arms.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Byron Neal dominated that round. The cut man is working on Byron Neal's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Neal scores with a jab to the head.

Neal is looking to slow Kelly down with leg kicks. Neal clobbers Kelly with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Oh Kelly is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Neal plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Kelly to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Kelly just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:33 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Byron Neal! Post fight, Byron Neal stared into the camera and said 'That's four out of my last five i've won here now at CFC. I've shown new and old ownership that i'm game for anyone and I've paid my dues. Now I want my demands to be met.
I want my get back at Pyotr or the next shot at Ardahan!'.
