Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe Biden (ranked 3307 p4p, 3310 weight class) and Brock Lesnar (ranked 171 p4p, 172 weight class). Joe Biden has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Joe Biden! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Brock Lesnar! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Steve Smith and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice takedown defense from Lesnar. No joy for Biden on that attempt. Biden seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Lesnar lunges at Biden with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Biden's hand. Lesnar stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Lesnar wants it to stay on the feet. Lesnar fails with a takedown attempt. Lesnar looks for a takedown but Biden sprawls well. Biden lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Biden is looking to take this fight into the clinch. and Lesnar counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Lesnar trying to control the position from guard on top but Biden is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lesnar is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Lesnar missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Lesnar stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Biden swivels though and keeps the full guard. Lesnar is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Lesnar has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Lesnar is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Biden is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Biden has escaped and now he's on top!
Lesnar has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Biden can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Biden will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Lesnar actively working from the bottom here. Lesnar on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Lesnar told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet. Lesnar is looking to improve his position.

Biden is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Biden goes for a double leg but Lesnar avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Lesnar continues to drive forward. Lesnar changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Biden fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Joe Biden has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brock Lesnar. A head punch blocked on the inside by Lesnar. Lesnar has picked Biden up - he's going for a ride! Lesnar dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Lesnar is thwarting Biden's attempts to control the position. Still in half guard, Lesnar seems content to control. Lesnar prevents Biden from improving his position. Biden trying to control but Lesnar postures up.

It's pretty deep but Biden still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Biden has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work! Lesnar sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Biden seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Lesnar does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Lesnar looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Lesnar flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Biden lands strikes from half guard. Lesnar trying to hold on to Biden's head to control him but Biden postures up.
Biden wants to get back to his feet.
Lesnar wants to sweep but Biden has passed to side control! Lesnar is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Biden off and has taken his back! Biden is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. Lesnar is looking for the choke from the back position but Biden is controlling his hands well.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Lesnar's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Lesnar has got his arm under Biden's chin working for the choke… has he got it? It looks pretty tight! Oh! Biden has spun round into Lesnar's guard beautifully! Well done that man!

Brock Lesnar showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round! Lesnar throws a hook but Biden blocks it. Lesnar shoots in but Biden avoids the takedown attempt easily. Biden fails in his attempt to clinch. Joe Biden is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Horrible takedown attempt by Biden or perhaps it was just good defense by Lesnar, which made it look bad. Nice takedown defense from Lesnar. No joy for Biden on that attempt. Lesnar shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Biden but Biden pushes him off and we're back to square one. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

And Lesnar tries to counter it with a takedown but Biden pushes his down on his head and steps out. Biden shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Lesnar as he avoids it easily. Lesnar misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Lesnar throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Biden tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Lesnar is in Biden's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lesnar thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Biden wants to sweep but no luck.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Biden keeping moving, preventing Lesnar from controlling successfully. Lesnar sitting in guard, not really doing much. Lesnar advances to half guard. Lesnar prevents Biden from improving his position. Biden is defending against the submission attempts here by Lesnar.
Lesnar is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lesnar has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Biden defend it? Lesnar steps over the head and cranks it - Biden is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Lesnar!
