Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Divine Intervention (ranked 3083 p4p, 4937 weight class) and Andronicus Unimanus (ranked 360 p4p, 497 weight class). Unimanus has chosen BoogeyMan as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Intervention rushes Unimanus and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
I was talking to Intervention's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Intervention misses with the head strike.
Intervention has a couple of punches blocked by Unimanus.
Intervention lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Still in the clinch, Intervention scores with a nice short uppercut.
Intervention lands with a short punch from the clinch.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Unimanus.
Intervention swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Intervention lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Unimanus backwards.
It looks like Andronicus Unimanus has been cut.

Intervention misses with a hook from the clinch.
Intervention scores with a shot to the side of Unimanus's head.
Unimanus is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Unimanus's coach down at Alpha Brasil was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Unimanus's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Intervention lands a shoulder strike.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Intervention gets through Unimanus's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Intervention lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Unimanus is rocked!
Unimanus is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Unimanus is still on wobbly legs! Can Intervention finish him?
Intervention has Unimanus pressed against the cage, preventing Unimanus from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Unimanus seems to have recovered his senses.

Unimanus goes for a takedown in the clinch but Intervention prevents it.

Intervention fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Intervention scores with a nice hook to the head.
Intervention throws a punch but it's blocked by Unimanus.
Still in the clinch, Intervention scores with a nice short uppercut.
Intervention lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Unimanus to his knees! Intervention keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!

A relieved looking Divine Intervention thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
