Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jean Dupont (ranked 5919 p4p, 5433 weight class) and Chu Chu Fukyu (ranked 517 p4p, 501 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jean Dupont!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Chu Chu Fukyu!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Paul Aken and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dupont swinging wildly here.
Dupont takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Fukyu swats away the attempt to clinch by Dupont.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Fukyu takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Dupont is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Ajax Gym that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
Dupont will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Fukyu fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Dupont.

Fukyu has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Dupont is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Dupont throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Fukyu bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Dupont tries to close the distance and clinch but Fukyu swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

enabling Fukyu to counter with a crisp jab.

Dupont tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Dupont jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Fukyu walks away with a smile on his face. Dupont gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Dupont tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Fukyu manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Fukyu looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Chu Chu Fukyu seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

and Fukyu makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Fukyu has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Dupont moves forwards but Fukyu connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Dupont is rocked!
BOOM! Fukyu lands a beautiful left hook that drops Dupont. Dupont tries to recover but Fukyu is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Dupont lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:10 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chu Chu Fukyu!
Chu Chu Fukyu bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
