This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Spencer. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Mayweather connects with a nice short shot to Spencer's temple.
Well, if Mayweather is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Mayweather throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Spencer on the side of the head.

Mayweather lands a left and a right that sends Spencer crashing to the canvas! Mayweather dives into mount looking to finish!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
